WARRANTY
Neon Williams warrants all materials or services delivered hereunder to be free from defect of material or workmanship for one year and to conform strictly to the specifications, drawings, or samples specified or furnished. If patterns or dimensions furnished by the Customer are incorrect, normal shop charges will apply if Neon Williams is asked to modify our finished work.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Neon Williams does not accept returns and does not issue refunds. However, if we make a mistake we will fix it. We want you to be happy with our products and services!
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
All claims for breakage and/or damage, whether concealed or obvious, must be reported immediately by the purchaser to the shipper and seller. All merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to the seller within 3 days. Failure by the purchaser to report any claims for breakage and/or damage within 3 days shall cause the purchaser to waive all damage claims. When a damage claim is made, the purchaser may be entitled to reshipment of merchandise. Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund without approval of seller.
Any work performed by Neon Williams that breaks after it leaves our hands can be fixed or replaced at the customer’s expense. Our normal shop charges will apply.

If a customer’s property is brought to our shop for repair, and is “abandoned” by the customer for a period of 90 days (from the date we invoiced you), Neon Williams will recycle or otherwise dispose of or sell the item as a loss recovery measure, to recover the cost of repairs carried out and labour time already spent on the property, etc.
“Abandoned” in this instance means that Neon Williams will make "every reasonable best effort" to contact the customer by telephone, text message, US Mail or email (where such methods of contact are available) during the 90 day period, and if after this time, we have received no response from the customer regarding the item we will implement this “Abandoned Product” Policy and Procedure.
